Where do we ship? TecnoLuX ships exclusively to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery time Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 10–15 business days
- Fast Delivery (Free): 3–5 business days (available for select products)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs We offer free shipping on all orders to the UAE.
Order tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order status.
